Provides individual, group, marital, and family counseling; agent orange information and medical referrals; assistance with VA benefits; discharge upgrade information; community referrals; community presentation (films/speakers); and follow-up to ensure adequacy of service. ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES - ALL WAR VETERANS who honorably served on active duty. Family members and significant others are also eligible to receive readjustment counseling services when related to resolution of the veteran's readjustment difficulties.
